Successful CEOs and Founders Who Are Not From IIT or IIM

The Indian Institutes of Technology (IITs) and the Indian Institutes of Management (IIMs) are two of the most prestigious educational institutions in India.

Here are a few examples of successful CEOs and founders who are not from IIT or IIM

Vijay Shekhar Sharma: founder and CEO of Paytm. Sharma dropped out of school after the 10th grade to pursue his entrepreneurial dreams

He started Paytm in 2000, and the company has since become one of the most popular mobile wallets in India.

Byju Raveendran: founder and CEO of Byju's. Raveendran never attended an IIT or IIM, but he is one of the most successful entrepreneurs in India today.

Byju's is an online education company that has helped millions of students learn math, science, and other subjects.

Ashish Hemrajani: founder and CEO of BookMyShow. Hemrajani studied at the University of Mumbai, but he did not attend an IIT or IIM.

He founded BookMyShow in 1999, and the company has since become India's largest online ticketing platform.

Ritesh Agarwal:  founder and CEO of OYO Rooms. Agarwal dropped out of college to start OYO Rooms in 2013. 

These are just a few examples of successful CEOs and founders who are not from IIT or IIM.
